He was predeceased by: his mother Yvonne Cornelius. He is survived by: his children, David E. Green, Jr. (Nikkie) of Andover, Douglas Cook (Heather) of Scio, Dustin Green of Alfred, Daemon Barrett of Albany, Vernon Green of Scio and Bre Green of Scio; and his brothers, Lloyd Campbell, Jr. (Michele) of Wellsville and Laramy E. Cornelius (Tiffany) of Friendship. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
