He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Crandall Bentley; his spouse Ida Hoffman; his children, Kevin Bentley (Kathy) of Andover, Tim Bentley (Karen) of Caneadea and Teresa Sherwood (Larry) of Caneadea; his stepchildren, Vicki Chamberlain (Steven), Thomas Hooker (Linda) and Susan Emmons (William); his children, David Tyler (Breanna) and Heidi Karst (Dan); his siblings, Jon Bentley (Cynthia) of Angelica, James Bentley (Patricia) of Sevierville, TN and Kathy Potter (Robert) of Angelica; and also Jean A. Tyler. He is also survived by wife and parents.
