He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Elwood and Mary Elwood (Cook); and his sister Marybelle Nohejl. He is survived by: his wife Harriette V. Elwood (Cary); his children, William Elwood, Jr. of Delhi, Cheryl Ann McCue (Steven T. McCue) of Manorville, Lisa Mary Elwood of Lowville and Danny Elwood (Linda Mikulewich) of Andes; and his close friends, Henry Cook and Andy Papadimitropoulos. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
