She is survived by: her daughter Donna Meade (Michael); her granddaughters, Bailey Meade (Jacob Diamond) and Shelby Akos (Brendan); her great grandchild Hazel Meade of St. Louis, Missouri; and her brothers, Charles R. Clements (Dorothy) of Madison Heights, Virginia and Robert Clements (Anne) of Inman.
