He is survived by: his mother Constance Valden (Anderson) of Ancramdale; his children, Jennifer Moore (Jeremy) of Craryville, Nicole Shook (Dan) of Lee, MA and Michael Valden of Copake; his grandchildren, Mason, Grace Moore, Hannah Shook and Nancy Curtiss; his great grandchildren, Sarah and Steven Curtiss; and his siblings, Diane Valden of Ancramdale, Stuart Valden (Lucy) of Orlando, FL, Carolyn Dobrowski (late Steve) of Taghkanic, Keith Valden of Ancramdale and Sharon Cramer (Dave) of Stockport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
