Herba of Amsterdam, New York, born in Sherwood, Oregon, who passed away on March 22, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyriel Steyaert and Carol Steyaert; her husband Edward F. Herba, Jr.; and her siblings, Roger Cyriel Steyaert and Phyllis Jo Elgin.

She is survived by: her sons, Edward Herba (Chip), Dr. Matthew Herba (Zuleida) and Christopher Herba (Kate); and her grandchildren, Carlie Ann, Ava Rose, Ezekiel Franklin, Leona Rae, Lillian Reed and Rosalie Eletta.
