He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hazzard and Pamela Hazzard (Richards); and his parents-in-law, LeRoy and Beatrice Harwood. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Harwood; his brother-in-law Chuck; his sons, Lee Hazzard (Brandy) and Roy Hazzard Jr. (Renee); his grandchildren, Alex, Kaitlyn, Donovan, Stephanie and Jordan (Robert); his great grandchildren, Addyson, Lorenzo and Lukas; and his siblings, Karen Donahue (Tom), Lucy Lou, Gary Hazzard (Kathy) and Nancy Fisher.

Memorial contributions may be made in Roy's memory to a charity of one's choice.
