It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark F. Cooper of Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cooper and Joanne Wellinger Cooper; and his sister Kathryn M. Cooper. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia A. Sokalski; his children, Joshua, Jonathan and Allison Cooper; and his aunt Sandra Carriola. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
