He is survived by: his sister Janice Helmin; his sons, Louis Paul Fasolino (Allison Silk Fasolino), Josef Michael Fasolino and Kristen Colleton Fasolino of Rotterdam; his grandchildren, Ava, Anthony and Sophia Fasolino; and his sister-in-law Shirley Scholtz. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
