She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kosiba and Victoria Swider Kosiba. She is survived by: her children, Robin Lynn Ludwin (Matt), Phillip Vennett Jr. (Tina), Thomas Vennett (Quenby) and Tim Vennett. She is also survived by five grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
