He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Perillo and Nancy A. Matranza Perillo; and his sister-in-law Sandy Perillo. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Diane" Nowak Perillo; his children, Jason Perillo (Maria) and Melissa Martuscello; his grandchildren, Michael Perillo, Joey Perillo, Lauren Martuscello, Olivia Martuscello and Luke Martuscello; his brothers, Salvatore J. Perillo (Liz) and Thomas F. Perillo; and his sister-in-law Christine Pasquarelli (Jim Blaise). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
