He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Barker Sr. and Dorothy M. Barker (Kaminski); and his sister Mary Belinda Barker. He is survived by: his caregiver Tara L. Barker-Viele (Steve) of Amsterdam, NY; his daughter Tasha P. Mosley of Schenectady, NY; his brothers, Richard E. Barker Jr. (Elizabeth "Betsy") of Amsterdam, NY and David J. Barker of Amsterdam, NY; the mother of his children Theresa A. Burtt of Amsterdam, NY; and his close friend Timothy M. Whalen of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by Nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
