He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hand and Bernice Hull Hand; his brother Stanley Ball; and his stepson Darrel Dine. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Maloney Hand; his stepdaughters, Debra Cosentino (Michael A. Miller) of Amsterdam, Betsy Kelsey (Anthony) of Saratoga Springs, NY and Valerie Holden (Steve) of Parker, CO; and his stepgrandchildren, Emily Maureen Kelsey of Saratoga, Ashlee Angstram (Mikhail), Sean Anthony Kelsey of Saratoga and Alex Holden of Parker, CO.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
