She was predeceased by: her husband Frank of Joseph's Church; her parents, Emil Klementowski and Mary Plowczewka Klementowski; and her brothers, John (Rose), Michael (Lena), Joseph (Behula), Edward (Cecilia) and George (Edith).

She is survived by: her children, Karen Stanley (Mark), William Lesniewski, Sandra Pilarski (Brian Burrell) and John Lesniewski (Christine). She is also survived by children and her many special nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John's Cemetery Fund, Widow Susan Rd., Amsterdam, NY 12010, the Perth Volunteer Fire Department, 4080 State Hwy 30 N, Amsterdam, NY 12010 or to St. Stephen's Church, 51 N. Pawling St. Hagaman, NY 12086.
