He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blakeslee and Henrietta Blakeslee; and his wife Donna L. Coffin. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Blakeslee of Amsterdam, NY, Steve Blakeslee (Rhea Schultz) and John (Heather Blakeslee); and his siblings, Lorraine Falk, Jeffrey Blakeslee and Greg Blakeslee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
