He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Wawrzonek and Katherine Kaminski Jaworski Wawrzonek; his former wife Valeria Wawrzonek (Violet); his wife Violet Wawrzonek; his son Fred Wawrzonek; and his son-in-law Paul Ratajczak.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen A. Ratajczak and Wayne M. Wawrzonek of Amsterdam; his grandsons, Justin Wawrzonek (Karen) of Altamont, Jonathan Wawrzonek of Amsterdam and Brandon Ratajczak (Emily) of Amsterdam; his sister-in-law Jeanette Sokalski (Chester) of Amsterdam; his extended family, Cornell Street, Robert and E. V.; and also, Linda, Lisa and Tina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Flowers are acceptable, however, memorial contributions may be made to St. Stanislaus Church or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
