He is survived by: his wife Mary D; his son Gerard De Cusatis (Mary); his grandchildren, Peter of Amsterdam, Maxwell of Amsterdam and Teagan De Cusatis of Amsterdam; and his sister Maurina De Cusatis of Italy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
