It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth M. Valentin of Amsterdam, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Pagan and Antonia Nogueras. She is survived by: her children, James Valentin, Jennifer Valentin and Jorge Sepulveda; her granddaughter Jennifer Marie Valentin; and her siblings, Yvonne Masood, Frank Rios, Nicolas Valentin, Victor N. DiNapoli, Vilma Valentin, Carmen Valentin and Eddie Noguera. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
