She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrance E. Mahoney and Betty Lou McClary Mahoney; her former husband Edward Austin; her sister Kathleen Drenzek; and her brother-in-law Alan Drenzek.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Austin (Sara) and Jennifer Goodwin (Barry); her grandchildren, Lauren Austin and Taylor Goodwin; and her siblings, Terrance Mahoney (Marianne), Maggie Nolan, Susan Grasso (Scott), Mary Funkhouser, Shannon Hoogkamp (William) and Heather Mendez (Jason). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (156 Main St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
