He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kowalski and Genevieve Kowalski (Winkel); his parents-in-law, Michael and Helen Garwacki; his brother-in-law Theodore Kowalski; and his sister Geraldine Kowalski Dudka.
He is survived by: his significant other Regina Garwacki Kowalski (Jean); his daughter Linda Lee Kowalski Zepperi; his grandson Cory Michael Zepperi; his son-in-law John A. Hughes; his sisters-in-law, Violet Garwacki Orscian, Pomeranian Granddoggy and Ziggy Zepperi Hughes; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Venegas, Kimberly Routolo (George), Ronald Orscian, Jeffrey Mancini (Liz) and Mark Mancini. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins and close friends.
