She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kretser and Bernice Kretser (McFee); her son Ernest Daniel "Pooh Bear" Mosher Jr.; and her sister Donna Buley. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Kowalczyk (Paul), James "Jamie" Mosher (Kristel) and Michelle Harper (Bryan); her siblings, Joyce Darrow, Jason Kretser and Richard Morby; her pet Chico; and her husband Jerry Fowler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
