He is survived by: his mother Deborah David (Mark); his sisters, Holly David (Frankie Trigg) and Erica David (Chris Dodd); his nieces and nephews, Gabriella Trigg, Logan, Roman, Nora and Farrah Dodd; and his grandparents, John and Mary Ann David. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
