It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Crandell of Amsterdam, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on May 15, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, David J. Crandell and Emma Crandell (Pallien); his sister Beth Lyman; his nieces and nephews, Dylan Crandell, Jay Crandell Jr., Alexeia Crandell, Faith Crandell, Sierra Thomas and Julianna Crandell; and his great-niece Olivia Crandell. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
