He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Pollak and Beverly Cernevich Pollak; his daughter Kristy Pollak; and his brother Edward R. Pollak. He is survived by: his brother Gary Pollak (Cara Dopp); his nieces and nephews, Caressa Loria and Chrystie Peters; and also, Alexis and Lillyana Rodriguez. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters in law.
