She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Tylutki and Josephine Tylutki (Dybowski); and her brothers, Karl, Steven, Christopher and Anthony Tylutki (Judy).

She is survived by: her husband Bruce Gray; her children, Brian Gray (Diane Sniezyk) and Melissa Perry (Robert); her siblings, Raymond Tylutki (Patty), Richard Tylutki (Tonya), Michael Tylutki (Amy), Patty Squillace and Christine Foss (Mark); her grandchildren, Bryan, Lulu Gray, Matt, Macie and Summer Perry; her daughter-in-law Mandy Gray; and her pets, Jackson and Dude. She is also survived by several sister and brother in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
