He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sajdak and Rose Cebula Sajdak; and his daughter Jill Tatlock. He is survived by: his son Gregory Moore of Glenville, NY; and his son-in-law Robert Tatlock. He is also survived by two grandchildren, five great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
