She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Condello and Mary Condello (Puglisi); her husband Gregory Pasicznyk; her brothers, George Condello (Sarah) and Vincent Condello (Christine); and her nephew Anthony Condello.

She is survived by: her son John G. Pasicznyk of Troy, NY; her grandchildren, Gregory Pasicznyk and Nadia Humphrey (Gavin); her nieces and nephews, John Condello, Mary Jo Condello Anderson, Patricia Condello Tobin, Lydia Rymar and Oleh Rymar; and her friends, Mary Doris Dicaprio, David Dicaprio and Mary Greco.
