She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Goodrich and Catherine Goodrich; her husbands, Chadwick Booker, Jr. and Henry Holder; her sons, Carl Booker (Mary) and Chadwick Booker, III; her siblings, Virginia Adams and Willie Goodrich; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Booker, Jackie Booker, Ronnie Booker (Lucille), Michael Booker (Julia) and Vicky Booker.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Hazel (Charles), Barbara Evans (late John), Regina Booker, Roslyn St. Rose (Justin), Sandra Booker and Harold Booker (Tawana); her stepchildren, Eugene Holder and Angela Holder; her siblings, Vashie Smith (Billy), Mary Giles, Gladys Taylor and John Rawlings (Sandra); and her siblings-in-law, Wendy Green (James) and Kevin Booker (Kitty). She is also survived by 85 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great - great grandchildren as well as a host friends.
