He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Joan Davis. He is survived by: his children, James Lawson Davis (Susan), Donna Marie Benz (George) and Gary Dean Davis; his grandchildren, Cassondra, Amanda and Brianna Benz; his cousins, Missy (Amecia), Williams (Aldric) and Iselle Duncan; and his siblings, Lertis Davis and Bernice Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
As an alternative to flowers the family has suggested memorial contributions in Mr. Davis' name be be made to the Amityville USFD, Northwest School, 150 Park Ave., Amityville, NY 11701 for a project to benefit the children of Northwest School.
