She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Bunyan Davis and Emily I. Davis; her spouse Albertis H. Sammis (Bert); her sister Elizabeth Simonson (Bill); and her daughter Janie Moffatt-Rousseau (Ben).
She is survived by: her daughters, Emily Beresoff (Lee) and Susan Estremera (Hank); her grandchildren, Rich Moffatt (Donna), Tommy Moffatt (Michelle), Rob Moffatt (Izzie), Timothy Beresoff (late Catherine), Debra Alexander (Mike), Jennifer Corrigan (Tommy) and Darlene Stanley (Frank); her great grandchildren, Christopher, Amy, Sara, James, Jonathan, Jake, Cash, Gunner, Nicholas, Melissa, Michael, Taylor, Ella and Onslo; and her great great grandchild Penny. She is also survived by many loving nephews and nieces.
The family has requested, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Myriam's name to the Amityville Fire Department, Simpson United Methodist Church and Catholic Health Charities.
