It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred E. Browne (Amityville, New York), who passed away on February 24, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mamie Zachary and Joseph B. Holley; her sister Irene; her former husband Lawrence Branch; her brother Lawrence Jr.; her children, Gene, Cheryl, Arlyn and Laura; her children-in-law, Janet and Octavis; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Robert, Morgan, Shana, Angela, Brittni, Rachelle, Octavis Jr. and Arthur. She was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.
At this point in her life there were very few people in government, education, community and charity that didn't know who Mildred Browne was.
