He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hall and Mabel Hall. He is survived by: his son Kejon Hall; his niece Toya White; his siblings, Owen J. White (Myrtle White), Tony Hasson Stevens, Patricia Hall Moore, Cheryl Hall Brown and Theresa Stevens; and his nephews, Arthur Moore Jr., Keith Moore, Seth Brown, Jaryll Fothergill and Javon Robinson. He is also survived by great nephews/nieces, cousins and loving friends.
