He was predeceased by: his parents, James Smith and Babette Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diane D'Amato Smith; his children, James Smith III (Melissa), Christopher Smith (Dawn), Toby Smith (Masha), Andrew D'Amato (Jessica) and Jessica Case (Christopher); his grandchildren, Kiernan, James IV, Griffen, Hunter, Nala, Bridgette, Deja, Anika and Marley; his great grandchild Carter; his siblings, Janet Newman, Roger and Russell Smith (Laurel); his sister-in-law Carol Ketcham (Paul); his uncles, Ernie and Bobby; his aunt Terry Smith; his family Jim; his close friend Ronnie; and his friends, Barney, Ronnie, Phil, George and John. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's memory to the American Parkinson Disease Association and Autism Speaks.
