She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Manuel of New York, Barry Manuel (Elizabeth) of New York, Gwendolyn Manuel Williams (Willie) of Maryland and Letitia Manuel of Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
