She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Koop and Joan P. O'Donnell; and her brother Kevin. She is survived by: her sisters, Jane Koop of Sayville, NY and Chris Yost (Rich) of Hopewell Junction, NY.; her nephew Erich Yost (Meghan) of Media, PA; and her niece Megan Yost of Wappingers Falls, NY.. She is also survived by her many cousins, and others to whom she was godmother or considered her an aunt.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Catholic Health Services - Good Shepherd Hospice of Long Island, Georgetown University Athletics and/or Nursing Scholarships are welcome, as are donations to a charity of your choice.
