She was predeceased by: her spouse Ben Rousseau; and her parent Albertis H. Sammis (Bert). She is survived by: her parent Myriam D. Sammis; her siblings, Emily Beresoff (Lee) and Susan Estremera (Hank); her children, Rich Moffatt (Donna), Tommy Moffatt (Michelle) and Rob Moffatt (Izzie); her grandchildren, Rich, Christopher, Amy, James, Sara, Jonathin, Jake and Scott; and her great grandchildren, Jack and Penny. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Amity-ville Fire Department and the Simpson United Methodist Church of Amityville in Jane's name.
