He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Draper (Draper); his daughters, Nancy A. Franks of Northville, NY and Mary Beth Franks-Begor (Scott) of Dover Plains, NY; his daughter-in-law Evelyn A. Franks of Poughkeepsie, NY; his sisters, Florence Millage (Joyce) of Waverly, NY and Mary Jeanne Chacona of Sayre, PA; his sister-in-law Marguerite Franks of Waverly, NY; his grandchildren, Preston T. Vincent (Jessica), Cayleigh A. Vincent (Ryan Potter), Andrew N. Franks, Ethan T. Franks, Tara A. Begor and Justin Begor; his great grandchildren, Colton and Braxton Potter; and his brother Weston.
