He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burke and Eleanor Burke (Broderick); and his brothers, Thomas and Kenneth Burke. He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Burke; his children, Karen Olson (Mark) of Pleasant Valley, NY, Deborah Chichetti of Ridgefield, CT, Stephen Burke (Tina) of Hopewell Junction, NY, Clare Blackmon (Frank) of Montgomery, NY and Kristin Jarvis (Jeff) of Peekskill, NY.; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Peter, Allison, Zachary, Ronald, Ian, Matthew, Jake, Lucas, Anna and James. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
