She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carter and Ethel Carter (Miller); her husband Harold Germain; and her siblings, Floyd, Edwin, Loyal (Leon), Lenet and Hilda.
She is survived by: her children, Carter Germain and Robin Germain; her granddaughters, Jessica Allen and Jennifer Germain; her great grandchildren, Silas Germain and Jack Frenyea; her sister Darlene Labombard (Dale); and her sister-in-law Betty Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
