Lori Kashorek Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2020, Lori Kashorek (Altona, New York) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lori Kashorek to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth 'Jane Sayah. She is survived by: her father Gerald Sayah; her husband Doug Kashorek; her children, Timothy Kashorek (Rachael), Rachel VanMatre (Noah), Bekah Kashorek, Madison Krise (James), Akiko Asai of Japan, Miyoko Yoshida (Ami) of Japan and Atsushi; and her friends, Cheryl, Danielle, Sandy, Carolyn, Debbie, Catherine, Jenny, Alfred, Mary, Melinda, John and Denise. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Calling hours will be held at the Plattsburgh Church of Christ, 77 Cogan Avenue, on Friday, December 18, from 4-7 p. m. with Lori's 'happy' funeral celebration there and via Facebook Live (Lori Sayah Kashorek's Funeral Service) on Saturday, December 19, at 10 a. m. Because of Covid, safe practices must be observed and numbers for a reception afterwards limited.

Instead of flowers, Lori wished to continue educating young musicians through donations to the PCSD Music Department that can be mailed to Doug (contact for address) or collected at these events.
