Leona Lapier Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2021, at the age of 88, Leona Lapier (Altona, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Jubert and Arthur Jubert; her sisters, Pauline Roberts and Helen O'Donnell; her nephew Timothy Tellstone; and her daughter-in-law Deanna LaPier.
She is survived by: her sister Cathy Lee; her friend Niagara Falls; her children, Susie, Deborah DeCosta, Cathy Matott (David), Susan McCready and Roland LaPier Jr.; her grandchildren, Corileigh DeCosta, Joshua Matott, Courtney Lapier, Adam Matott, Richard DeCosta, Whitney Lapier and John McCready; and her sister Shirley (Joseph Tellstone). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren as well as countless nieces, nephews, and cousins.
