He is survived by: his parents, Jill Moore and Stephen Moore; his sisters, Kaylee and Kenzie; his grandparents, Mike, Amy Gardner, Donna Moore, Stephen Moore Sr. and Melissa Anderson Law; his uncle Justin; his aunts, Madonna Gardner, Juliana Gardner and Jessica Mead; and his cousins, Evan, Mason Gardner, Austin, Jo-Ann and Justin Mead.
