He was predeceased by: his father George Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Florence; his daughters, Susan, Gwen, Margaret and Laura; his grandchildren, Nicholas, James Jon, Alexis, Erica and Gavin; his great grandchildren, Konner, Kashton, Kreedence, Donivin, Iris and Margo; his siblings, Velma Short of Wilmington, DE and John (Grace) of Adams; and his brother-in-law Wayne Dealing of Pulaski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
