He was predeceased by: his parents, Osman Roser and Rose Roser; his siblings, David and Linda Roser; and his stepson Randy Skinner.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Dean Skinner; and his sister Juley Weisenburger.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the LaRobardiere Funeral Home (109 Main St, Camden, NY 13316). The military honors was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (9544 NY-13, Camden, NY 13316).
