He is survived by: his father Jonathan Hoy of Hawaii; his stepfather Karie DeHart (Richard) of Altmar; his sisters, Madison Hoy of Long Island and Olivia Hoy of Altmar; his stepsisters, Katelyn DeHart of Clifton Springs and Anna DeHart of Altmar; and his grandparents, Suzanne Holcomb of Altmar and Carl Holcomb of Altmar.
