He is survived by: his wife Davia Batista (Dee); his daughters, Meagan Rodney and Sarah Depeaux (Phil); his grandchildren, Isaiah Batista, Thomas Rodney and Desteni Finney; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Patrie (Janice), Chris Patrie (Joanne) and Jeff Jones; his nieces and nephews, Joel Patrie (Sarah), Ryan Patrie (Emily), Zachary Patrie (Mariah), Brad Patrie (Erin Kelly), Eric Patrie (Mary Grace), Michael Clifford, Doug Clifford (Kristen), Rachel Holzer (Mike), Katelyn Thompson (Matt), Josh Jones and Thomas Della Rocca; his goddaughter Lisa Seypura (Bill Carr); and his friends, Bryant Kolner (Wendy), Thomas Sardella (Lynn), Linda Carringi and Terry Fuller (Barbara).
