He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Burleigh Sr. and Lyla Irene Morris; his sisters, Rhoda, Irene and Evelyn; and his son Frederick Burleigh.
He is survived by: his wife Lidia (Vila); his children, Joan and Jeff (Lori); his grandchildren, Jeffery Jr. and Amanda; and his siblings, Sharon and Tommy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
