He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Earl A. MacIntosh and Charles S. Eacy, Sr. (Earl). He is survived by: his parents, Earl A. MacIntosh, Jr. and Mary A. MacIntosh (Eacy); his sister Victoria M. MacIntosh; his grandmothers, Anne MacIntosh and Patricia Eacy; his love Taylor Miller; and his pet Zen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arbor Day Foundation, 211 N. 12th St., Lincoln, NE 68508 or to one's favorite pet organization.
