He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Kaczkowski (Page); his daughter Alyssa Kaczkowski; his granddaughter Reagan; his siblings, Bernie Kaczkowski (MaryBeth) and Barbara Benson (Paul); his mother-in-law Mikki Page; and his siblings-in-law, Eric Page and Lisa Kaczkowski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
