It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Mace Jr. of Alpine, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Mace and Olivia Mace (Eilers); and his wife Shirley Mace (Kinney). He is survived by: his children, Debbie VanGalder (Glenn), Vicky Ector (Joe), John Mace III (Anne) and Jesse Mace; and his pet Molly Brown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
